What we typically handle
- Partnerships and collaborations: Proposals from nonprofits, community groups, and mission-aligned organizations.
- Press and media inquiries: Interview requests, press materials, or fact-checking for stories about Giver Grovelet.
- Product feedback and feature requests: Suggestions for improving our tools, resources, or website content.
- Technical issues: Reports of bugs, broken links, or account problems—including steps to reproduce the issue when possible.
- Speaking and event invitations: Requests for panels, webinars, or conference appearances.
- General questions: Clarifications about our mission, content sources, or ways to get involved.
What we don’t handle by email
We cannot accept donations, process grant applications, or provide legal/medical advice through this channel. If your message requires confidential financial or legal handling, please indicate that in your email and we will advise on next steps.
Response time and expectations
We read and triage messages Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Typical response times are:
- General questions and feedback: within 3 business days.
- Partnerships, press, and event requests: within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
- Technical issues flagged as urgent: we aim to acknowledge within 24 business hours and follow up with a resolution timeline.
If you need an expedited response, include the word URGENT at the start of your subject line and explain the timeline. While we do our best to accommodate urgent matters, we cannot guarantee immediate replies.

When you write, please include your full name, organization (if applicable), and a brief description of your request. We treat personal data with care. Information you share will be used only to respond to your inquiry and improve our services, in line with our privacy practices.
